Absolutely terrible management,there is no communication,they say equal rights the full time get treated good an the agency differently! I got told not to go back as my daughter was very unwell,they also said full time staff could only get the bus to sandycroft an agency could not! It's an absolute shambles..
2 Sisters Poultry Ltd operates as Human brain carry out its daily activities, joint operation and division of labour. My experience was really awesome and something I cant hurriedly forget....Moreover, all protocol regards to safety of everyone and products not contaminated are duly observed and respected of.
Finally, I cant run up my conclusion without highlighting how conducive the place...The music playing as work is going is amazing, infact-I had a quite dance and it makes the work to flow with an ease.

I worked for this company for ten months. When I left they sent my tax details to HMRC. A few months later when I was working for a better company, they sent more details to the HMRC saying I'd earned thousands more when I wasn't even working for them. Don't trust or deal with two sisters group. They've done it to lots of people who are struggling in life because more than half the wages in new employment is being payed on tax they don't owe. We are on to them everyday for the error but nothing is getting done. I can't look after my children properly and I'm facing eviction. This company rinse companies into the ground and are fiddling on there employees when they sell it. Beware with any dealings with this company.
I wouldn’t recommend 2 sisters if you a female, harassment is tolerated by male workers, unwanted touching is tolerated, nepotism within management. Throwing chicken at people is acceptable. Managers turn up drunk, Black hats speak to you like rubbish. It’s actually disgusting that in 2022 this behaviour is allowed in the workplace. Reporting it to HR doesn’t resolve anything they don’t support you and let this happen regardless.
People are awful. Management staff even worse. Money is a joke. If you have any value about yourself stay away from this place. There is no such worse job than this one.
